Fire Service Women Ontario (FSWO) is pleased to share an exciting training opportunity in partnership with Caledon Fire and Emergency Services.
Resilient Minds is a mental health and resiliency training program designed specifically for first responders. This training supports participants in building awareness, strengthening coping strategies, and fostering a culture of psychological safety within the fire service.
Anyone in the fire service is invited to attend free of charge, with two flexible course options available.
Session Options
Modules 1 & 2

Modules 3 & 4
📅 Wednesday, April 29 or Thursday, April 30
⏰ 17:00 – 21:00
Participants may register for either option for modules 3 & 4, depending on their availability.
