This award honours an individual whose courage, vision, and determination have blazed new paths in the fire service, paving the way for women leaders of today and tomorrow.
The Pink Helmet of Courage Award recognizes an individual who demonstrates courage in facing hardship and adversity, while embodying FSWO’s mandate to Educate, Encourage, and Empower women in the fire service.
The Fire Service Women Ontario (FSWO) Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award recognizes leadership and commitment to finding innovative and effective ways to promote the benefits of a diverse fire service.
