Fire Service Women Ontario (FSWO), in partnership with , is proud to offer a free, in-person Resilient Minds training session on June 17, 2026.
This one-day training opportunity is open to anyone working in the fire service and is designed to provide practical tools that support mental readiness, resilience, and peer support in high-stress environments.
The fire service continues to face increasing operational pressures, cumulative stress, and mental health challenges. Resilient Minds training helps participants better understand stress reactions, recognize warning signs, strengthen coping strategies, and support healthier conversations within crews and departments.
Participants can expect:
- Practical, evidence-informed mental readiness tools
- Strategies to support personal resilience and crew wellness
- Real-world discussions relevant to the fire service
- An engaging, supportive in-person learning environment
