Anyone attending the meeting and/or wanting to exercise their vote for the election of the FSWO Board of Directors will be required to register in advance no later than Tuesday, February 14th, 2023 by sending an email to registrar@fswo.ca. A Zoom link invitation to the AGM will be sent out to all those who have registered on February 16th, 2023.
Voting By Proxy
If members are unable to attend and/or vote on board matters at the AGM they can send an email with the details of their requested proxy information. Important: A proxy may not be required for the election of Board Members if the member is able to submit their ballot within the prescribed time period.
IMPORTANT: The poll for the 2023 FSWO Board election will be open between the hours of 12:00p.m. (EST) to 12:00a.m. (EST) on February 16, 2023. Members who still wish to vote by proxy are asked to send an email to registrar@fswo.ca stating who you would like to give your proxy to. Proxy emails must be submitted no later than Tuesday February 14th, 2023 at 7:00pm.
