Shelby Barton

Shelby is the owner and head coach at Pure Grit Crossfit. She has been active, at the provincial level, in sports such as; rugby, softball, gymnastics, as well as hockey and soccer which she went on to play at Mount Allison University. Now retired from traditional sports, Shelby realized that fitness and work ethic were always her greatest assets and are also what CrossFit is all about. In this session, Shelby will share her passion for fitness with participants and will inspire them to reach their goals.
