This course immerses participants in the multifaceted role of drones in modern firefighting, integrating advanced technologies like gas detectors. Students explore drone applications in high-angle rescue operations, enabling efficient and safe reconnaissance in challenging environments. The course delves into using drones for fire investigation, enhancing data collection and analysis capabilities. Participants will be aware of the knowledge, and experience required in deploying drones equipped with gas detectors to assess hazardous situations remotely. Students learn to leverage drone technology to enhance emergency response, improve incident management, and safeguard both responders and the community in today's evolving fire service landscape.
