Note-Taking

  • November 7, 2024
  • 8:00am-10:00am
  • Hamilton Fire Training Facility, 1227 Stone Church Road East, Hamilton

Facilitated by Karen Simpson

This session will cover the importance of making sufficient notes after attending a scene and how this evidence is used in litigation. (Yes, your notes are evidence.) Firefighters may not appreciate how often their notes and records become part of legal matters and just how important they can be to the parties involved!
