Facilitated by Anthony De Benedictis and Tyler Price

Performance Training Foundations for Tactical Athletes is aimed at firefighters keen on enhancing their capabilities on the fireground and in life. Focused on actionable techniques, it offers insights into a wide range of topics to improve performance, recovery and health. Through a mix of classroom and hands-on exercises, participants learn strategies to boost performance, prevent injuries and build endurance. We will apply classroom concepts in an air management course, utilizing common firefighter movements and exercises. From refining tactical movements to fostering a resilient mindset, this course provides firefighters with essential skills to excel in demanding environments, empowering them to better serve their communities with confidence and efficiency.
