Facilitated by Kate Jamieson

This yoga class is designed specifically for firefighters. We will focus on restorative and strengthening exercises that cater to the demands of this rigorous profession. This yoga session will include gentle stretching to release tension and improve flexibility, followed by targeted poses that build core strength and enhance joint health. Breathing exercises are integrated to promote relaxation and mental clarity, essential for high-stress situations. Each pose is chosen to fortify muscles, ensuring better performance and reduced injury risk.
