Colleen is a dedicated mental health advocate, trainer, and licensed counsellor with over 45 years specializing in trauma, suicidality, and mental health. With a passion for empowering individuals to overcome challenges, she has extensive experience in providing compassionate support and guidance. Her passion, commitment, and dedication to helping others are what keep her striving forward to make life easier for those who need support.
