Michelle V. Gibson, MSW, RSW, is the Founder and CEO of Gibson and Associates Psychotherapy, a multi-location clinical group practice in London, Barrie, and Toronto, and The Nest Collective, an organization-focused consulting and training company focused on mental health, wellness and leadership development.

A psychotherapist and social worker by trade with over 15 years of clinical experience, Michelle has specialized in working with first responders and leaders, bringing a clinical understanding of high-stakes, high-pressure environments into her therapeutic and consulting work. Michelle is a trauma specialist, having trained in EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS, and EFT, and offers supervision and consultation to other therapists and business leaders. She spent 10 years as an adjunct faculty member at Western University, Lakehead University and the University of Windsor. In addition to university-level teaching, Michelle regularly speaks to organizations, teams, and conferences on topics of trauma, mental health, and leadership.

When not in the office or presenting, you can find Michelle travelling, spending time in nature, on her paddleboard or yoga mat, and dreaming about her next meal.
