Jessica is a specialist in Ontario fire candidate recruitment optimization, providing comprehensive coaching and mentorship through her company, Windrush Fire Coaching. With seven years as a volunteer firefighter for the Hamilton Fire Department and five years as a professional firefighter with Oshawa Fire Services, she brings extensive frontline experience to her training programs. A Hazardous Materials Response and Live Fire Instructor, Jessica is also an FDTN-certified Fireground Survival and RIT Operations Instructor. Beyond her instructional roles, she is deeply committed to the fire service community, serving as the Volunteer Coordinator and Social Media Manager for the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Foundation. Each September, she helps organize the Canadian Fallen Firefighters Memorial in Ottawa, honouring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
