This course gives the municipal/volutneer firefighter the basic knowledge and skills on how to deal with Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting should they be called to assist with a major aircraft emergency. Content includes, respons eprocedures, hazards, positioning of appartaus, fire control and rescue opertations.
Completion of NFPA 1001 - Firefighter I and II or equivalent experience Full bunker gear - Coat, pants, gloves, helmet, boots, hood. Safety glasses and ear protection.
