Ease muscular tension, support joint function, and improve physical resilience with simple mobility work ideal for those in active or high-demand roles. - 20-Minute Yoga Flow
This dynamic yoga flow is designed to awaken and energize the body while promoting recovery and mental clarity—ideal for those who work hard and move often.
Participants will also receive a take-home Soft Reset Guide, featuring each sequence to support continued practice at home, at work, or wherever it’s needed most.
