The fire service is more than a job, it’s a personal growth opportunity. This offering will open up perspectives that will hopefully lead to understanding that the most effective people in life operate around the balance point between hard and vulnerable, grit and compassion. Self-awareness and effort make us better human beings which makes us better first responders and vice versa.
